Yamaha Marine Outboard Fuel Filter Element 68F-24563-10-00 68F245631000

I’m sure it’s a great filter, just didn’t fit my 2002 V Max 150. Looks like the correct filter but this one is just slightly too tall to fit. I sent it back for a loss of a couple $$

bought the wrong one didn't know till i tried to install, wont take it back sid it was to long after the purshase

The top bit with the o-ring wasn't tall enough. Why? I don't know. This is the number indicated for the 40hp Yamaha. Maybe my fault.
