East to use and results are amazing - after a week I was feeling fresher and more energetic in the morning

I use these about once a year. I find they help me sleep and I do think they remove something because the pads are always moist and black in the morning. Having said that - I don't think they work for everyone - my sister never liked them. I have never used them for pain relief.

Very easy to use. Sticks well to feet and can still walk without known there there. Love seeing what comes out of your feet the next morning.

All footpads like this are a waste of money and should be banned as there is no scientific evidence these work. It’s a pity as the idea sounds good hence why I bought some then did research. I cannot find any verified manufacturer of these showing independent scientific medical evidence of these working. Amazon should be ashamed allowing these to be sold but hey they make money off them so who cares my Amazon share price goes up 🤷‍♂️

These self adhesive patches do not stick to flesh. Tried 3 or 4 patches and each time they become loose and get attached to bed linen, rather than my soles!! Also they advertise 30 whereas I think 15 pairs would be more accurate.

I like the lavender smell and pads are okay. So far it does good to my wife's feet as she feels relaxation and freshness, however some patients need larger adhesive covers to fill the sides of the feet in order to have better grip and not being removed with the movement of the feet

Great comfort. Didn’t even know I had them on & pretty much stayed in place compared to others I have used. I also found that I had a very comfortable nights sleep without waking up once & found that it took the pressure off the pain in my lower back. Will be purchasing some more 👍🏻
