Very nice to have on my pool
The bad. Instructions are ridiculous. Parts not labeled per Instructions. Took 3 mechanically abled men 6 hrs to install. Wood not pressure treated. Gate a bit awkward climbing down as exit stairs steep, a magnet would be useful to hold it open. The good. Incredibly sturdy. It makes getting into and out of above ground pool a breeze. I absolutely love having a little deck. I put a cooler box, a towel lounge, my kindle, phone, drinks, sometimes my poodle up on it while I swim. Works great. Stairs in pool are solid. I put solar string lights on the rails. LOVE THE DECK.I wish I had the larger pool so I could of had the larger deck.

missing parts and hardware issues
There were no instructions on where to put specific hardware and when it did it would call for the wrong size. Fo example, it would call for a 3/4 inch long bolt but that wasn't long enough, so I had to use a 1 inch instead. I ended up buying hardware to improvise the various instructional errors. The holes for one of the long handrails were mis-drilled, so the posts appear to be on an angle. The manner in which it calls to be assembled required that I lift it with the forks of my tractor to put it in place; it otherwise requires 4 men to lift and put it in place. There were missing parts, which has yet to be resolved after a MONTH. It's overall pretty sturdy but absolutely NOT worth the money.

Worst instructions ever made
These have to be the worst instructions I’ve ever had to follow. You’d think that after spending thousands of dollars you’d get better instructions and not just some terrible set of hard to follow instructions that looks like it’s been xeroxed a thousand times over. Plus the stairs are completely too steep, it’s unsafe

Sturdy but hard to build and not worth the money
I am on the 5th day of assembling this thing. Granted we have started each day around 1 and stopped around 6 but that is 5 hours a day for 5 days. So it has taken us 25 hours for 3 of us to build it and I am still not done. We have the handrails left and the door left. However they do not tell you how the adjustable height works. You have to saw the plastic off entirely. Pieces don’t match up perfectly and you have to drill your own holes an inch or two off instead of using their suggestion holes because none of them line up. It seems sturdy enough and it is better than the free ladder that came with the pool but this thing is hard to assemble and nothing matches up the way it should. I have yet to finish it I probably have another hour or 2 left but the steps I saved for last I am doing by myself. If I knew how hard and long this thing was to build I would not of dropped $2,000 on it. You also have to get gravel and a bunch of other crap that no normal person has just laying around. But the gravel I got didn’t even work it was too big. So I used pure water pebbles from my local fish store instead. I recommend using a funnel to get them to go in and take your time it is very easy to plug the small hole up which I had to pound it with a drill bit to unplug it. Overall it is sturdy enough for my above ground pool which isn’t even done being assembled yet. It was not really worth $2k though because of how hard it is to assemble. And it should not have taken 25 hours for 3 people to assemble. Especially when the pool only took us 4 hours and other projects we have done recently have taken around 2-5 hours.

would do different if I could
while I like the concept of this, the steps are really steep and in the heat, the plastic hand rails are not super supported. The deck part is great. But the rest warps including the gate that locks. I have to push the rails together to get it to latch and the gate doesn't open very far so it's kind of a pain. A lot of money for what it is.Not a one man install, at least it wasn't for me. It took me 2 days to complete installation. Instructions are interesting and took a bit to understand

LOVE this!
A bit difficult for one person to put together -- but not impossible. You definitely need 2-3 people to move it into place once together. Very sturdy and less than 1/2 of the price of a wood/composite deck. Hoping it hold up over time - I think it wll!
