Holds the 4.2 Lbs no issue except…
Worked as expected with dewalt DCF850 both 4Ah and 5Ah XR batteries + extension and bitMaybe the 16 inch reach would be an issue for some…In my case : the plastic material is understood due to weight but could brake if miss placed on toolboxAlso a bit expensive to break..The strap holding the base has quality,but would have rather something stronger for my job ( IronWorker)as-well as a stronger holding base - not the plastic oneAll around really strong retractor!! And also right on the spot to NOT get in the way while workingWill surely be buying moreBut would love a material thatResist more the duty⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars all around

Tool Lanyard
This may just be the most powerful tool lanyard on the market. Exactly what I was looking for. Keeping tool in a retracted state exactly where you need it ready for use. Great safety measure as well making sure the tool your using it for doesn't drop and break. You won't be disappointed...

Way stronger than I expected! SUPER SATISFIED!
This is like a good tool retractor that shoots super steroids and hits the gym EVERY day. When it retracts it doesn't pull and definitely doesn't sluggishly come up or hang, IT SNAPS! Careful with this things guys, it's no joke.
