I would make this 5 stars but they are very salty.
these chips are very salty, you probably don't want to add salt to any dip you use them with. If you have high blood pressure DON'T BUY they are that salty. It appears they don't understand that when using sea salt you have to cut the salt content. I waited to write this review until I ordered a second box of 6. I really love these chips I'm diabetic (no high blood pressure) and basically can't have hardly any carbs these are good with all the dips i have tried them with.

I brought these healthy chips to a party.
The work location party event provided potato chips and mixed fruit. Also coffee. But, because I knew that it would be just finger foods, I brought a bag of the Cauliflower/Potato Chips. People loved them, and found that they could have a healthier version of their favorite snack! Way to go, From the Ground Up!
