Perfect fit
The product was an exact fit for my broken cursor key )I only needed to install the cap itself and not the hinge). I had a difficult time installing it as my eyesight is not that great and the parts are small. But this is not the fault of the product itself.

Works great!!
Not sure if it is OEM. But after spending 5 minutes installing it, my macbook keyboard works nicely again! You need to be handy and know a little bit about this kind of stuff to install it. Overall, it works!!

It fits perfect in my MacBook Pro (2019)
Make sure to look up how to replace it on Google or YouTube for easier installation! It's super easy to install; however, it's also super easy to mess up and accidentally snap the fragile plastic pieces.I'd give this a 5-star rating based on it working and fitting with my laptop. However, I have to remove one star due to the $12 price tag. The price for a single key is crazy, but I guess I signed up for expensive when I bought an Apple laptop haha.

Perfect replacement part
The photos and video are helpful, but it would also be helpful to have a diagram showing how the hinge can open vertically (like an X shape when viewed from the side) and clearly identifying the bottom left and bottom right sides). The "top/bottom" photo shown above is too blurry. Thanks for making this!

Good as new
Super easy to install, works perfectly and looks like the one it came with originally. Pretty sweet to know where to buy them in case my toddler snatches another key off

100% Recommend
Amazing! My son broke the clip on my right arrow key two weeks after I bought my MacBook and I have put off taking it to the Apple store because I didn't want to pay their price to fix something so small. Finally, I took to Amazon to see what I could find and boy, am I so happy I did! It was incredibly easy to replace (just go to YouTube for instructions), I had it done in two minutes with a small flathead screwdriver. Fit perfectly with my M2 model, I would highly recommend to anyone needing to replace their arrow key!

perfectly fine keycap
it fit in place, and it might just be my computer but it made it a bit clicky. still pretty good and isnt falling off.
