Worth to try.
I think it helps but not all the time. I liked also its small size.

Allows air to come into a vessel if a vaccumm condition exists.
Does not shut off incoming air when closed only allows air to move out of a pressurized vessel.Once it becomes wet it shuts off the exiting water and air. If there is more air I guess it would have to dry out to work again but cannot see how since it is wet?Does not work for my application, sorry.
