This ortho slippers I have gifted to my mother for her ortho pains she has been suffering from of lately.She has shared the feedback that these slippers are very relieving and she is wearing it for her daily morning walks too. Product is good but I received different color than i ordered

You have sent brown color in place of black slipper for which I have placed the order. Previously you have supplied black colour which was large in size to which I preferred to exchange by one size small but this time you have supplied brown in place of black.

Material is soft but not long-lasting. Flattened within a week. Will post pictures after one month.
