I have found this tea most effective for constipation with no cramping. However, I use the bag twice, steeping only for 1-2 minutes. Then the second day, steep again. Gentle and effective.

Products not like they use to be
I was an Unicity distributor when it was Enrich. The products are not. Like they use to be and not the same results… waste of $$$. The cheaper grocery story brand gives better results.

Very effective
This is my go to product when I have constipation. It works like a charm. Before I go to bed, I brew 1 tea bag for around 3-5 minutes. Remember the longer you brew, the more times this makes you to go number two the next day. Overall, I always have this product at home as it works much quicker than the drug store tablets.
