I wanted the smallest blow dryer for my travel bag and picked this one, simply because of the great customer service that was reflected in most of the reviews. I have only used it once, so far. It's not the most powerful one out there, nor the cheapest, nor the most expensive, but it is small and gets the job done and I have short hair and patience. Good customer service means everything, really, and I think I can trust this company to stand by this product, at least for a good year.

Love this hair dryer. It weighs less than 1 pound and is only 6" long with a 2" diameter barrel. The handle folds up and extends 4 more inches. The cord is over 7 ft long and dual voltage makes it easy to use no matter where you are. When traveling overseas just change the voltage and it's ready to go. So lightweight (barely 1 pound) and compact it will fit in a handbag, overhead bag and is space saving in your suitcase. I would purchase it again.

This is just what a was looking for in a travel dryer for an upcoming trip to Italy. The dryer is very lightweight and sleek. As you can see in the picture, it folds nicely. It has dual voltage and two speeds. The cord is extra long; a nice feature if the outlet is not conveniently located. I just love the silky carrying bag. It will make it even easier to tuck the dryer in my suitcase. To give you an idea of the small size, the bag is 8 1/2 inches long X 7 inches wide. It will not take up much room in a carry-on bag or even in your purse.The dryer is 1000 watts of power. I gave it four stars because the higher setting is not very hot. In my opinion, the lower setting is cool and the higher setting is more of a medium heat. The air flow is strong though. I have short layered hair, but it is thick. My drying time won't be extended too much. However, if you have long hair you may want a dryer with more heat or power. Some reviewers complained that the dryer was too loud. I think it is about average in the noise department. Don't forget to buy the appropriate adapter if you are using this out of the country. Another bonus is that there is plenty of room in the bag to keep the adapter handy.

Works good. Probably better than most blow dryers. It's small and simple. Perfect for traveling or a trailer because it doesn't pull as much voltage.

When I plugged this in and turned it on for the FIRST time it got hot, smoke came out of it, and no hot air blew out! It smelled like an electrical fire. I was on the correct voltage for the US so I was shocked. I can't imagine what would happen in Europe! I was so disappointed because it is the perfect size and weight for travel. :( It's going back to Amazon right now.

I told the seller that I loved the design and size but that I was disappointed in the amount of heat that came out ....that it was lukewarm. He told me that it must have been a defective one that was sent and he offered to either refund my money or send me a new one. I received it yesterday and it is fantastic. I thought I would use it only for travel, but I now use it every day. It's exactly what I wanted. This is an extremely ethical seller to buy from.

I absolutely loved this hair dryer! First of all i loved the little bag it comes in, it's cute and it looks so nice in my bathroom. The hair drier has the perfect size for me and when you fold it and put it in its bag, it makes it really easy to store it anywhere without any clutter. I was happily surprised with how fast I was able to blow dry my hair, way faster than with my old one. Will be buying another one to keep in my lugagge at all times :)

This is a great little dryer. I'm going to gift it to someone because my old one that I left in Paris made its way back to me. The only reason I prefer that one is that it has a European plug on it so I don't need to carry the shape adaptor. But this dryer weighs just one pound, it's powerful and it is relatively quiet. The concentrator IS removable... although it doesn't do a lot of concentrating. But, for the size and weight and functionality, it's great. I almost wish my old one had stayed in Paris!
