Name reputation means nothing these days.
You buy a product from a "reputable" company, and you get CRAP!! I installed this about four months ago, and about a month back it started to squeak every time I move the faucet from side to side. Not a little noise, but a hard, vibrating sound that I can feel as well. I've tried several different ways to lube it(silicone, PB penetrant), nothing helps. Moving it side to side while pushing down and up on the end gets rid of it, for about an hour, then it starts again. I don't even care if they replace it, since that still means I have to go through changing it again. I guess I'll try another "name brand" and see what happens. This one replaced an identical unit that had worked fine for 25 years.

So far, so good
Replaced this over the Easter weekend. The lines are copper and I had to bend 2 of them slightly, since there was really no room to tighten the nut on the sprayer's other end to the appropriate line unless you bent it.Otherwise, much easier to install than getting the seized up old faucet out.Single handle nice action, water pressure ok, not great, sprayer cover material appears cheap and as if it will peel off before long. The faucet arch is lower than you think - not a problem in our case, just be aware.

nice, classic faucet, so far so good on quality
I wanted a nice, well-made, durable kitchen faucet that wouldn't look out of place in my very original mid-century kitchen. This was it. It is a bit smaller in scale than a lot of contemporary faucets, but I prefer that. A lot of the ones I've seen lately would dwarf my sink in comparison--this one looks like it belongs. (If you have a larger sink, you may need to scale up to a bigger faucet, but for standard sinks, this is perfectly scaled.) The faucet swings as far as you want in either direction, the operation is very smooth, and it's shiny and pretty as can be. I will come back and update if/when anything goes wrong, but thus far I'm very happy with it, and my handyman (who is the one who told me to get a Delta) had no trouble installing it. Great!

Works great. Was looking for replacement with same footprint as ...
Works great. Was looking for replacement with same footprint as original Delta faucet that didn't fare very well over the years (it leaked and was neglected), and this did the trick. Quieter too (though that could be partly due to braided connectors that replaced the copper pipes that used to be there). This time I will be paying more attention to any maintenance needs.Edit: Four years later, and for the last two years or so the sprayer gets stuck in the on position from time to time and takes quite a bit of prodding or pushing or pulling or even disassembly to unstick it. Finally throwing in the towel and buying a replacement sprayer, as it was pretty stubbornly stuck the last time or two. The faucet itself is okay but it does seem to leak from time to time around the base, and sometimes wants to drip, so a repair kit for it will probably be the next step.

QA where are you?
I was replacing the same number Delta faucet, one which had given me good service for many years. After I had removed the old faucet and located the new one, I connected the hot supply to the line marked HOT and the cold to the other. After tightening all connections and cleaning the work area, I washed up prior to replacing everything under the sink. Much to my surprise, the hot water stayed cold. When I switched over to cold, the water began to warm up. Whoever placed the HOT label on the faucet, put it in the wrong side! I spent hours lengthening and shortening the existing feeds to match the new configuration. Now I have to switch them back. )-:Someone in the Quality Assurance department should be replaced. This morning the diverter valve started chattering and the aerator drips. I may just polish up the chrome on the old one and reinstall it.)-:

High quality faucet kit.
Replaced aged faucet/spray in our company breakroom with the exact same model. First one lasted 10+ years in a 24/5 work day environment. Kit contained everything needed for installation which was quick and easy.

Missing sprayer
As you can see this faucet was supposed to come with a matching stainless steel sprayer but it did not. The sprayer holder was in the box but no sprayer. Seller should check their products to ensure all the components are complete ***I’m glad I had my old sprayer or I would have not been able to install ***.. Delta faucets are high quality and I would recommend them 100% , but when they are missing components as this one was is unacceptable to me the customer.. who’s quality issue is this ( Amazon or Delta ) ?

Very Attractive Faucet & Sprayer Set
Beautiful design, easy one hand operation, and very solid. I finally replaced my old leaky faucet with this set, and I couldn't be happier. It was an easy installation, the only thing I needed to provide was some teflon tape and a wrench. Took around 30 minutes total. It really dresses the sink area up, and I've gotten a number of compliments on it since it was installed, and best of all... no more drips...!

I’m happy with it.
Faucet is all solid metal, looks good and works well. The sprayer is not metal, but some light weight polymer, but still looks good and functions properly. I would have rated five starts, had the sprayer been made of metal too.
