For anyone comparing this to C4 or the standard ION, there is a big difference in concentration. Both C4 and ION are stronger than ION Glow. Not sure if that is because this is balanced for women, or because there are other ingredients for hair, skin and nails.The standard ION is better than C4 in my opinion. Though C4 hits you with a bigger ‘blast’ of energy, and a lot of skin tingling, ION lasts longer and provides plenty of boost. This product, ION Glow, is very weak compared to the standard ION formula. A max two scoops of this product provides less boost than a single scoop of standard ION.Please also remember the max days you should take any pre-workout. Typically you don’t use more than two weeks before taking a break. The wife and I switch to BCAAs only after a run of pre-workout. We then start back at one scoop and work our way back to two scoops by the end of the two weeks. Not only does this help to prevent potential negative effects, but it allows you to bring your body’s tolerance back down and get a better boost.

I just want to say how stressful it was when I thought I was ordering the capsules and the shipping/order showed the pre workout. I had no idea what was going to show up at my door today. I received the capsules!! Woo hoo glad that worked in my favor. This item needs to be updated. When you spend $60+ on something you should be confident that you are ordering what is advertised, gall darn it!!I like the product, this is actually a reorder as I don’t think GNC carries it in the my local store and I wanted faster and free shipping. Might just shop through the manufacturer next time because this ordering experience sucked. Russian roulette with amazon... no thank you.

I have yet to try this i have been n pleased with other performix products but this one came with broken a capsule or capsule.Updated review down from 4 stars to 3.The focus and energy are great however the stomach pain is awful. I took as directed and had incredibly intense stomach pain. I will say that I took Gas ex and it stopped now i take gas ex with it each time and while the pain is still there it stops shortly after it starts.

This is a great product and I have ordered it before; however, this time when I ordered it it was as if it had moisture and was all stuck to the side of the container. I used a knife to try and break it up, but this just made it all in big chunks. For the amount of money spent I would expect a product to be as it should.....powder and easy to mix. I ordered 2 and both were chunky. It makes me not want to order this product again.

I have ordered ION Glow preworkout for women before. I am a group fitness instructor and teach two classes back to back. This product is great to get me thru my Cardio Class. Helps me reach my fat burning heart rate! Good Sweat with this drink! I love the flavor. I would buy it again. The only con is it will make you slightly jittery. If you are sensitive to stimulants consider that is evident in this product. Over all I highly recommend it!

I have only used it for 3 days. I wish it had just arrived in 1 bottle instead of 2 half bottles. Otherwise it seems fine.

I live by these products! Best out there. You will not be disappointed. I love a company that stands behind their product. And this does not disappoint. I will buy this for life or as long as they make it

Have only just started this produce and it definitely has a burning stomach sensation. So if you can’t handle the itchiness of pre work out you might not like this. Other wise this product feels great. It definitely flushes me out. And it suppresses my appetite.
