5’’ Floating House Number Modern House Numbers- zinc alloy Home Address Number with Exquisite Drawing Process-gold-Number 1

Neat item, one thing that irritated me was that the paper templates were sloppily cut, so even though the paper pieces lined up, the numbers were "off" 1/4 inch...I just assumed they would be consistent. I fixed it with new drilled holes but it slowed down the process.

Took a bit to find the right screws to attach from the back of the gate, and the spacers to hold them out from the wood, and making a template was harder than I thought - but I'm really happy with them and they look great.The big "C" was custom from Etsy, and the Steven Universe start obviously painted by hand :)

If these numbers are supposed to be floating and there is supposed to be a spacer that goes between the number and the house then where are the spacers. I don't understand how you can advertise they are floating and forget the part that makes them consistently floating. Now I have to go find some spacers.

These floating numbers appeared to be nice, and I'm sure would have worked well, however I ended up returning them. I initially purchased them as replacements for 2 numbers that had come off of the mailbox, however when I went to install them I discovered that several other numbers were broken and about to fall off. I found a different style at a local hardware store that were cheaper and worked. Not as fancy as these floating numbers but accomplish what I need. I don't know where the original floating numbers were purchased when this house was built 5 years ago...but that is something to think about as well, that the numbers fell off of a mailbox after only 5 years.

These were more of a beige type color... not gold. I will be spray painting them actual gold.

The screw set provided sucks. It barely screws in the letters.

They look great. Installing took a while because it wasn’t easy.

The color is not gold. It’s just beige, so unless you’re ready to add your own gold finish …
