Sporzon! Olympic Barbell Standard Weightlifting Barbell

We are in the process of building out our home gym and needed a bar to complete the set. After looking, there are bars that go from $150 to $250 and that was out of our budget. We found this bar and for under $100 it was a steal. Bar came right out to 45 lbs on the scale so I am confident in my lifts. My olympic plates fit with no issues and the bar clips I also purchased for this par fit with no issues. There was a slight oil layer on the bar when it came out of the packaging, but it wiped right off.Speaking of packaging. I would trust whoever packaged this with the hope diamond. Sturdy tube which the cap was screwed on. Both ends of the bar where wrapped in foam and then wrapped in plastic. Fantastic Job.If there is a need to get another bar to have 2 of them, I will be buying this again.

It is exactly as described. I weighed it and it was 44.6 lbs. Scale could be off a little, so I am saying it is 45 lbs Good solid bar so far.

Shipped as advertised in good packaging. As others have mentioned it is a 20lb bar. (Not 7)So far I am very happy with it.

The diameter is less than 1" So I can't find a collar to fit so weights slide. This is both annoying and unsafe

I bought the 6 foot barbell that is 1 inch thick (The standard not Olympic). It weighs about 15 LBS and fits nicely on my weight rack cage. The distance I measured between the inside of the inside collars is about 48.5 inches. The distance I measured from the outside of the inside collar to the edge (where you put the weights) is a about 11.25 inches on each side. Each inside collar is about .5 inches thick. It is a solid bar and appears to be really sturdy. I was confused if it could support 350 lbs. or 700 lbs. The Amazon description at the top says 350 lbs. but the manufactures description seems to say 700 lbs. Either way out of my lifting range so I am happy. I find the grip grooves are perfectly placed for benching. I gave it 4 stars because I wish it had an additional grooved grip in the middle. Nothing big. Can be solved with weight lifting gloves.

I needed a 6 ft bar with wide enough grip width to clear my squat rack width, which is 48in. most 6 ft bars are less than 48in, this one clears the cage by about 1 inch...perfect! I did not want to go to a 7 ft bar. The build quality is very good, knurling, chrome finish, weight rating, and can't beat the price! Very satisfied.

Easy grip about 20 lbs. gets the job done

The bar is very good quality and a great value BUT the only reason I chose it was for the advertised weight of 11 pounds. I bought it for my 11 year old daughter and it’s 26 pounds. I’ll keep it but was definitely disappointed.
