I brought this as ours had started smoking on and off. I needed one really quickly and this was next day which was better than other sites, I paid for amazon to take away my old one which was cheaper than other places. The machine itself is brillant much better, it isn't noisey or clangy like a older one it is easy to clean the lindt off and empty the water container, and it gives you a timer and anti crease and several options.The amazon drivers were super friendly and helpful and brought it round through my back gate as that was easy as my kitchen is an awkward angle to get things through.They were being polite and ask if everything was ok and if I needed anything else doing. They didn't moan or sigh once very hard workers they were. Anyway it was in and the old one was out within minutes.The machine is simple to use and I had to wait a couple of hours. All in all great service for something I didn't expect amazon to do white goods

great dryer! Cant believe how quick it dries! great value for money, i would highly recommend. They also do a deal where for an extra £12 they take away your old one and all packaging and guys were lovely and polite

I've been using this fella for nearly 10 months now after our previous dryer (Candy) kept breaking. This one has, so far, been the perfect replacement. We only really use the one setting on it, having found it does the best job for our washing, it sets out at 2h30ish, but works some magic in the background and shortens this time if the clothes get dried quicker.If I had any criticism, however, it would be that the water container (which is ideally situated at the top of the dryer), has the drainage hole in a place that means not all the water can be emptied (or at least not simply).

Very spacious, looks good with the display and does what it says on the tin. This would be good for families or bigger households. Clothes are nice and dry when done, instructions are easy to understand and the water-holder and filter are easy to access and empty. all in all, a good buy.

This dryer is amazing one of the best dryers I've had. Loads of different settings. Child lock so your child doesn't change the settings. Would recommend this dryer.

The dryer keeps cutting out so I called the company and send out an engineer to fix it p. But the issue again is that the company they are using doesn’t have good customer service not good at all

Fully functional. Very easy to use, no need to link additional water pipes.

I took a gamble and had one from amazon warehouse arrived with side squished in but i saved money so quickly whipped off top pushed side back out and its great love the touch screen so you can add extra drying heat accordingly love the reverse spin just a great dryer probably one of the best I've had and bonus i paid a lot less .
