Case-Mate Case Mate Apple iPhone 6/6s/7/8 Waterfall Series Case - Rose Gold

I bought this case from Verizon when I purchased the iPhone 7 and the second day I owned it I had my phone in my purse and it fell out of my purse when the purse tipped over opening my car door in a parking lot. The case did take the impact against a hard blacktop surface and did not scratch/damage the phone; however, the oil inside the case that the glitter floats in began to leak and I had to take my phone out of it. Since there is a lifetime warranty and I had already registered the product I made a claim to have it replaced. The process was seamless and I received by new case in the mail in only 2 business days! In Case-Mate's defense I'm not a 100% sure that the case was not tampered with before my purchase since Verizon tends to let people open the packaging and try out cases before they buy them. It might have been damaged or the integrity of the case may have been compromised without me knowing.No issues with the new case, although I have not dropped the phone at all.

I believe I posted a review to the incorrect seller. I apologize and am trying to resolve my error, it was meant for a watch band. This phone case was exactly as described and my daughter loves it. Thank you!!!

Cute phone case but it arrived with a sizeable bubble in the liquid so the glitter can't flow like it's supposed to do.

Really cute, had compliments on it. Work in case you drop it.

Love the case but all buttons are kind of lose .. that's the only downside of this case besides that I like it

I got it in the mail and it already had an air bubble in it. Disappointing. It's cute but the bubble really ruins the whole thing. Casemate is really durable though so out of all the water case this is the most efficient one but just beware it's fragile and the more you hurt it the worse it gets

My case is so cute and durable. It's stylish and it protects my phone.

Those with concerns in regards to the air bubbles,I have emailed the company with the same issue in regards to the air bubble and this is what they have responded to myself and said,An air bubble in any waterfall case is going to be normal as these cases are much like snow globes and lava lamps. Once the mineral oil starts to move around, it can capture the small amount of air that was originally in the case and create an air bubble. With that being said, if that air bubble continuously grows or you start to notice an oily residue on the outside of the case let us know immediately and we would be more than happy to process a warranty claim and issue you a replacement case.While most air bubbles will be "normal", we do understand that not everyone will like them. Voyant toute les YouTubeuses américaines parler de cette marque et voyant le prix de ces coque sur le site de case mate je suis contente de l’avoir trouver 2x moins cher sur Amazon, pour iPhone 6 et 7 initialement, mais s’adapte à l’iPhone 8, Très joli coque a l’air résistante, un peut compliqué à mettre et à enlever mais une fois qu’on a la technique le souci est réglé !

Great phone case.I broke my first one but not sure how, maybe the design of it isn’t perfect but when when all the liquid came out the first one, the phone was still protected. I dropped it A LOT and was fine.

Trop beau mais j'avais fait une erreur de taille donc je l'ai offerte à une copine avec le 7 qui a adoré comme moi. J'ai reçu le mie. En 7 plus le lendemain. Il protège très bien et et se Marie très bien avec le rose gold. Par contre l'étoile en moins est pour les bulles d'air. Je ne sais pas si c'est dérangeant ou non. On verra!

Item as described but there was a lot of air already inside where the glitter is encased so I question how long the remaining liquid is going to last. Also disappointed that it doesn't protect the screen which makes me hesitant to use it as an every day case with my three youngsters around. I think I will just use it for special occasions.
