I'm impressed
As a retired carpenter I like to make wood handles for hidden tang blades. I've cut the plastic handles off of several other knives that have good quality blades. I like this knife just the way it is. I've tested the blade on oak with knots and it is holding it's edge. It came nicely sharp. The sheath has a plastic liner for the blade portion. It's hard to beat for the price.

just what you expect, sharp, useful and affordable
Everything you expect from mora type knife, sharpness, durability, affordability, value except with a bit more belly/tip for skinning. Excellent.I now use a cheap plastic handle $10 mora for gutting the deer and cleaning out the insides and getting covered with crap and this martiini knife for the hide. These two knives work better or as good as all of my previous hunter specific folders and fixed blades and all of those were MUCH MUCH more expensive. I also hated getting them coated with the blood/fat which would congeal on the blade and in the folding mechanism/liner in the cold and couldn't be effectively cleaned in the field. Plus the knives were too nice to abuse. I love this knife and the mora as they are so affordable you get to use them as the tools knives are meant to be and not like they are some family heirloom to be protected and cherished. As always the handles seem optimally designed for slightly smaller hands but still more than comfortable in my big hand.

Makes me feel a little bad.
Awesome knife my first marttiini I have had. I’m a morakniv guy I love my moras. But I have to say I love the handgrip on the marttiini and the sheath. The knife is sharper then the factory edge that comes with the moras. It’s polished. And the spines are 90 degrees out the box. So for a little more money the marttiini comes ready to go into the field right away. It’s a very nice knife. I love both makers the morakniv and marttiini. But given a knife right out the box ready to go I would choose the marttiini to be honest. It’s a tuff choice to be honest for a much as I love morakniv knives the marttiini has a slightly better product. I feel like I am betraying my morakniv love slightly but to be honest the marttiini design is very nice.

Super sharp!
Have not used this product for much yet... however, I do expect it to be a good performer. It fits the hand nicely and came out of the box hair popping sharp. It's light and while the sheath isn't much to brag about, it does retain the knife well and keeps the edge safe from harm and harming others. It is a taco style sheath and I'm not seeing a welt to keep the edge from eventually cutting through the stitching. Time will tell. I expect that the orange handle to be a Godsend when working in the woods if one were to lay the knife down or inadvertently drop it.

High Value
This is a fantastic little cutter. Laser sharp out the box, decent dangler sheath, a little thicker blade for this type knife, with a nice sharp spine. The handle is bright, well textured, and grippy. Easily worth the cost of entry.

Great knife
My favorite bushcraft/survival knife. The 90degree spine throws lots of sparks from a ferro rod and the scandi grind is awesome.

Very useful
Very sharp. Handle is rubbery and very grippy, guard is black plastic. I keep it in the kitchen drawer and it is my go-to knife.
