These are great! Follow the directions and the do exactly what they are supposed to do. They keep my brown sugar soft. They keep the moisture out and the freshness in.

Helps either moisture retention perfectly! I put this inside my brown sugar that had already hardened and it softened it right back up! Talk about amazing! Super easy to use! Perfect size! These were worth whatever they cost. There is nothing worse than trying to deal with dried out brown sugar. I always seal mine in a ziploc rather than leaving it in the box, but that's just not enough. These little discs keep the stuff fresh and useable for a long time. A definite must for bakers!

I got these after trying to bake cookies but needing to chop up chunks of brown sugar. I never liked the idea of putting bread or apple slices in brown sugar as I felt they would eventually get moldy. What a great idea these are.

These came with instructions to soak them in water before placing in your brown sugar. Nope. Don't do it. It made things worse.
