Loctite 853360 Glue Remover Gel, 5gm Size

This stuff is amazing! I spilled super glue on the center console of my car, I wiped it up but it left a big smear mark of residue all over. I lightly put this on the markers for a few minutes, then rubbed gently with a paper towel and the spots were gone!!! so happy. I should have taken a picture of before but I honestly didn't think this stuff would work. It is a very small bottle

Great! Exceeded expectations. The gel formula worked much better than liquid acetone. It effectively removed the glue from jeans, clothing with no discoloration. I will keep some on hand. Recommend.

Works great

I didn’t really believe this product would work. Astounded to see that it worked great. I let it sit overnight with a tissue over it, per the directions. In the morning, I wiped it and it didn’t come right up but I used a wet wipe and it vanished!!! I was dazzled (and shocked). This was superglue on my kitchen counter. Had been there for a month. I wish I’d taken a picture for you!

Accidentally spilled super glue on my kitchen table (what an idiot) and needed it removed without destroying the table surface. I applied the gel and let it sit for about 14 hours. Wiped clean with a paper towel. Easy to use and great value.

I had used some Velcro stick tape on my wood floor and when I removed the tape, there was some obvious sticky residue. I purchased this product thinking for that very high price it would surely be perfect for dissolving the sticky glue on my hardwood floor. However, the tube was way too small and I ended up having to spread it so thin that the next day when I checked my floor, there was still a lot of the glue not removed. This would be great for a small area like around 2 to 4 inches, but if you need to dissolve more sticky adhesive than that, it might be better to order two tubes, or buy a different product. Also, their customer service response was very cold and unhelpful. I have attached a photo of the glue residue AFTER using this product. Notice how much is still remaining- this after letting it sit overnight as directed per the instructions.

The product did not work as advertised

I placed a small tube of Gorilla Super Glue on my front seat-leather. Got home a realized it leaked. Found this Loctite glue remover on Amazon. BAMB. Workerd amazingly. Able to remove the super glue from the leather seat like it was never there. Took some time and effort. But it’s gone!

Good enough but needed another more effective product to get the job done

This glue remover was amazing! I had an old nail glue stain that I’d been trying to get out with acetone for months with no luck. I finally decided to buy this, and it worked so much better. It removed all of the glue after leaving it to work for several hours. I’d definitely recommend reading the instructions carefully and, if possible, leaving it on overnight for the best results. It made a huge difference, and I’d happily recommend it.

I didn't know this stuff existed, but I'm glad I found it. Worked a treat on the best glue Locktite has :)

Loctite Glue Remover Gel löst nicht nur zuverlässig Superkleber sondern auch andere Klebstoffe und eignet sich auch zum Glätten von Kunststoffen. Bemerkt habe ich das beim Entfernen eines eingetrockneten UHU-Kraftklebers von einem Stromkabel. Eine sich zufällig neben dem Klebstofffleck befindliche leichte Einritzung im Stromkabel war nach dem Abwischen des Loctite Glue Removers ebenso verschwunden wie der Klebstofffleck.
