Works as advertised
Great product. I was using a hemostat to pull fish bones but it would not grip well. I purchased the Kwizing Fish Bone Tweezers and found it to effectively extract the bones. I keep a small cup with water near by and rinse the tweezers every so often. The product has a good gripe and works amazing well. I would recommend it.

Quality tweezers that perform fantastic.
Great at getting out pin bones of salmon. Heavy duty tweezers that do not break the pin bones off. More expensive than other tweezers, but well worth the money.

Sturdy, Effective, but a Little Large
These tweezers work as they should, but they are rather large. This makes it very easy to clean, but a little unhandy to use when removing the smallest bones. The tip could have been a little more compact, allowing for more precise manipulation. However, the upturn of this is that the tip does close together perfectly, resulting in less slipping. So there are pros and cons.

Simple yet effective
This is just what I needed to debone the fish. Very simple yet sturdy. Tried with sockeyes and easy to get the pin bone as well as rib bones. This is a must have in your kitchen!!

Get those pesky pin bones out cleanly
Great for taking pin bones out of salmon. If the pin bone breaks, turn the tweezers to the side and use the corner to get down in the meat for that pesky pin bone. The clean very easily and look nice in my knife bag. Great purchase!

Exactly What I Needed!
So much better than my pliers. Why did I wait so long? Easy to use with my arthritic hands and wash beautifully.

Makes you feel like a pro chef in action! Highly recommend!
I have owned the tweezers for at least a couple years now and it performs like it's brand new. Solid construction (34g) and the tips meet perfectly, making pulling out fishbones easy and fast. The length, 4 - 5/8th inches (12cm), fits across my hand to give me a great grip and leverage when pulling out the bones. The tip width is 13mm, giving me a broad surface to grab the bones. It also tapers slightly in the middle to provide a comfortable grip. Chose this specifically because it is made in Japan which has outstanding quality of materials and design precision. Made of stainless steel for solid construction and a simple, effective shape makes it an invaluable kitchen prep tool as well as a beautiful gift for those who cook any fish at home. Compared to all the other fishbone tweezers, these are the best in materials and design and we deserve the very best!!

I'm a hardcore salmon/steelhead/trout angler who loves smoking, baking and pan frying these types of fish. Prior to this purchase, I used needle nosed pliers or simply cut out the strip of pin bones from the fillet (depending on how big the fish was). At over $30 a piece for each tweezer, these aren't cheap (there are others on the market that are half the price). With that said, the quality of these ones are fantastic! The Ends of each tweezer align with each other. There are no gaps when closing them. They feel sturdy. Can't remember when Pulling out pin bones was this easy. Would recommend letting the fish sit overnight in the fridge overnight before trying to remove the pin bones. Would make this purchase again if I had to.
