I couldn't wait to write this review. This is the best purchase I've made in a long time. I love it! I ordered the XL size and had to return it for the L. I have two cats and neither will eat what they perceive to be "stale" kibble. I had kibble bags stacked all over my small kitchen having to re-roll and reseal them everytime I fed the girls (which means dishing out small quantities several times during the day). It was a pain. Something had to be done. I've tried the plastic type but it didn't keep the kibble fresh, plus it never held all the kibble I would by to buy in order to get a better price. Then I discoverd this baby. Whoever designs or this company didn't just design something to sell, they designed it to meet a specific need and they produce the design in various sizes. This product is quality. Stainless steel; looks nice in my kitchen and cleans up all those bags; has an air tight seal to keep the kibble fresh so no need to roll out and re-roll and seal those many bags; has a scoop readily available so I'm not searching for a scoop; it has convenient handles on both ends and rollers on the bottom so it's easy to lift (even filed with kibble) and to move from one room to another for cleaning. Quite frankly, it couldn't be more appropriate nor could it be better made. I am delighted!!!! I filled it almost all the way up with 28 pounds of kibble (equivalent to two large bags of kibble). If you don't have this, GET it in the size that is appropriate for your need. If you have a big dog, don't hesitate to get the XL. For cat owners, I'd recommend the L. I WILL be ordering from this company again. I like their designs and products and their focus on quality, use and appearance for users of all types. BUY IT!

I've had this since June 2019, it's now April 2025 and it's become part of the daily routine. Meaning it's basically a necessity now.I have a large dog so I buy 50lb bags of food & this holds a bit more than half the bag. I tuck the bag away after and have this out for my daily routine.It closes and locks tight to keep the food fresh and keeps the bold muzzles out of the cookie-jar.As you can see in the picture the handle latches down to lock shut tight, though there is a fixed handle underneath to securely move the entire without putting tension on the handle/latch.Underneath the inside of the lid there is a measured 1 cup scoop that form fits perfectly and flush under the lid and is securely held there with a magnet (I've never once had it come loose or fall on it's own).The container itself is not heavy though when filled with kibble it is. Even so moving it is not an issue because there are wheels on one side of its base (see picture). So it sits in place securely when flat. And when you want to move it just tilt it by grabbing the fixed handle and it easily rolls. So if you keep it tucked back in a cupboard, no problem, it easliy rolls forward and back even when full. Though won't accidentally move when it's in flat position.I've used this every day for the past 7yrs now and it's just part of the routine. I wouldn't want some Tupperware type plastic container or bag, or anything else. Like I said it's like a body-part now & couldnt do without it!! (A bit extreme though you know what I'm saying).It's very obvious they put some thought into this and it goes well above just a basic container. I love all my SimpleHuman products and this is no exception. Worth every penny. And it has a very sharp look.If you have a large dog then this is a no-brainer.

On the pricy side, BUT I love it. It's well made. I didnt even realize until it came that it has small wheels in the back for easier moving. I really like that the inside has a removable liner to make for eaier cleaning. This will outlast the life of my dog. I replaced my old bin because my dog would use her nose to flick the top off then use her nose like a shovel and dog food kernels would fly everywhere. This one has an easy for humans to use top locking mechanism but one my dog hasnt figured out yet. I love it!

Love this! Removable bin so it’s easy to clean, perfectly fits one 20 lb bag of dog food, stainless steel and air tight. It’s also easy to travel with. We love that’s it’s on wheels and it has lasted us a while. Really recommend this!
