OMG! This stuff is horrid. It made me worse plus gave me headaches so I did some research. Harvard Medical did a report that it does nothing and makes the symptoms worse and causes headaches! A placebo worked better. The problem is not the brand, the problem is the product.

I like working my legs but my knees say otherwise as I get older. Started taking this stuff 3 days before I did dumbbell lunges for the first time in a month. No knee pain at all. My butt and legs are perty sore but to me that's a good thing. So far I'm impressed and will definitely buy more.

Everyone in my family has or had knee problems and replacements - even the thin ones, so I take this for maintenance in hopes it helps as I age. I was taking Bioflex Knox Nutrajoint but they discontinued it. This doesn't have near the ingredients that Knox did, but this did help my everyday aches. I could take on an empty stomach with no issues.

seems to be a good product , i've been taking similiar product for years and decided to go back to the pure supplement like i was using in the beginning of my RA.it makes a big difference when you have knee joint damage.
