Will this pan fit any half sheet lid from any brand?

If the lid is made for a standard half sheet rimmed baking pan like ours, most standard lids should fit these baking pans as well.

What are the dimensions of the baking pan? Would like to know if it will fit my silicone baking mat.

The exact dimensions of the baking pans from rim to rim is 17.8" x 12.95" x 1.05" deep. The interior base of these baking pans measures 16.5" x 11.6" which fits a standard size silicone mat perfectly.

Is this a non stick pan?

These baking pans are made of natural aluminum and do not have a non stick coating. Unlike teflon or non stick coatings that peel and rust, these baking pans are made of a non-porous aluminum which provides for a natural non-stick performance.

Can the baking pan withstand high temperatures without warping?

These baking pans will not warp, they are made to handle high temperatures of up to 500*F / 260*C. They are constructed with a thicker grade 18 gauge stainless steel and a reinforced thick, 6mm steel rolled galvanized rim to prevent warping.
