Excellent Water Purifier – Highly Recommended
I have been using the KENT RO water purifier since 10-12 year and this is my 4th purchase.Overall I am very satisfied with its performance. The filter is working fine but turns on automatically in the middle of the night even though the tank is full and makes the DRRRRR noise, my question is , If the Filter is full, why should it turn on unnecessarily time and againSecondly , The prefilter has to be purchased separately, for that the fixed price is Rs.1200, The Prefilter has a blue sticker of Kent put randomly on it, how does KENT authenticate the same I wonder .The other prefilters cost Starts somewhere around 300 Rs. From the market, when you are giving a premium product does the company owns the minimum responsibility of putting there branding properly on it, it appears as though the filter repair guy can purchase any pre filter from the market and puts KENT sticker on it.Have attached the image for your reference.Overall , I am not satisfied with the product in terms of keeping the customer trust intact.
