We dont have overhead storage tank, can we connect to municipal supply which somes for 2hours?

Can do that too. I'll recommend to store water during that time in some clean utensils for use later if the demand is more. RO storage is only 10 litres.

Yes ,but you have to use extra filter instead of this also.

Is it good for bore well water?

If the water is normal, then it will work fine. It would be best to ask the technician about it.
