I went to the showroom. They offer a wide range of massage chairs with various features and price points. I spent some time exploring and found the one that suited me best. The staff were very helpful, explaining the functions and differences of the massage chairs in detail. After visiting other brand showrooms, I found vcomfort to be the best because of the variety available under one roof and their excellent after-sales service.

Mo has been extremely friendly and helpful in recommending the massage chair. There was no hard selling at all. I totally recommend a visit to one of his showroom to try all the different chairs available. During the day of delivery, he kept me informed and updated and the chair was delivered perfectly to my bedroom on first floor. As the massage chair comes with 3 years warranty (with optional extra warranty after this period) and knowing they have a physical shops around, it brings me piece of mind in case of any breakdown. The chair itself has various functions including feet extension and bluetooth speaker, and I am looking forward to have relaxing massage daily after a busy day.

I was sceptical about just how good this chair would be, as many are a lot more expensive, but it’s great. It is a bit sore the first few times you use the chair but I’m sure that was more about my muscle tightness and not the chair. But it has worked wonders and I use mine 3 times a week for 15 mins at a time. The only disappointing factor was the delivery of the chair, it was dropped off in my front porch and I was left to transfer it into my home, and set it up myself, which was not easy as it was a big box and pretty heavy. It took 3 of us to get it in the house. However the product itself is very good value for money.

Can definitely recommend this massage chair 2 lovely guys delivered it and kept me informed when they would arrive which was very helpful.They explained how the chair worked and all the different functions on it.You feel so relaxed after you have been on it and really helps with all your aches and pains and the heat function is an extra bonus.

Chair has been amazing since I received it it has improved my backache which I was suffering from quite few weeks. Also has been used by my other family members and everyone is satisfied. Recommended product !
