Ich hatte Bedenken, dass die Rolle für meinen knochigen Körper (1,90m, 70kg) zu hart wäre.Aber schon nach dem ersten ausprobieren haben sich meine Bedenken in Luft aufgelöst.Ich kann mich problemlos längs auf die Rolle legen und es drückt nichts unangenehm auf die Wirbel.Perfektes Material für mich.
