Thank you for your email inquiry. The Village Company is strongly against testing products here or at outside laboratories on animals. All of our products and ingredients are ‘cruelty-free’. We know how important it is to so many consumers. None of our products have animal derived ingredients although our Bath Shoppe Milk Bath does contain milk protein.

Q: Is this a light hold? That's what I'm looking for.

I would say medium, depends on how much you use. If its to firm run your hands through it a couple times after its dry and it will make it a light hold without looking gelled. Good stuff, and does not make your skin break out like some gels do.

Q: I never received my order it says it’s running late and then it’s says it’s lost smh . Why can’t I reach the seller ?

Check your order status with Amazon and they should refund your cost. You can reorder it again. It's probably lost in transit.
