Soft on ears
I got these to make jewelry for people without pierced ears. They are perfect! They are soft on the ears and don't hurt like the other ones that pinch the ears to stay on.

Fake it til you make it...
These are tiny! If you have long gel nails or nails in general, you will have a hard time getting these on or handling these. If you have ear rings you want to wear are HEAVY these will slip off your ears. They do not pinch (i have big ear lobes) bc i was fiddling with them so they made my ear red lol. They do not hurt me. I see myself using them regularly but not with heavy jewelry.

They Pinch
If you have thick earlobes, they pinch. They pinch worse than clip back earrings.BUT - they also stretch a bit. It takes a while to stretch them - soak them in hot water first, stretch them while hot and then clip them to something a bit thinner than your earlobes. Let them cool in that position and they will both stay on and not pinch. They are also a bit tricky to get on. Fingernails help as one fingernail from the back hand can slip between the gap against teh back side and the other hand can pull the clip open from the earring side. The fingernail allows the clip to slip onto the ear easily, and then slide the fingernail out and let go of the earring in the front. If you had pierced ears and the holes grew closed, this clip will settle into the dimples where your piercing was. If you have a residual infection inside the earlobe for the closed piercing, waering these may ache, but the pain is minor and becomes background noise after a bit. It will not re-pierce your ear, just maybe feel like it. Settling the earring so it is not directly in the former piercing dimples is more comfortable - to me - than letting the clips settle in those dimples. You can't wear stud earring with this design, but there are 2 other designs that will accept stud earrings. For one of the designs, you have to cut the post down, which makes it unwearable for those with pierced ears. The other designs doesn't, so it's your choise which to use. This style is for hook earrings, where you remove the hook and attach the dangle to the earring itself. You can always remove the dangle and add it to a hook so the earrings can be worn by both pierced and unpierced people.Once you fix and get used to those downsides, the ability to wear previously pierced earrings is nice.

Gamechanger
I've always loved earings but have never been able to comfortably wear them. Even high karat gold earrings bothered my ears. I pretty much gave up but a few months ago found these and figured I would give them a try. They are awesome. I see folks on here have different experiences which is prob just because of earlobe thickness differences. For me (not super thin or thick lobes) they fit comfortably and can hold heavy earnings. 3 things:1. I notice on the first wear of a new loop that I can feel them a little more. This goes away after a couple of wears though so I think they naturally stretch to fit. I also notice that if you bend them a little to open them this can help. If you overbend them they actually will retighten after a few weeks. Not sure if this is my imagination or if the material actually does this. Either way, super cool!2. I think it feels better on my ear off to the side of my piercing hole. When I put them right over the hole it kind of irritated it.3. The trick to putting them on is place the front close you your lobe and pull it open from the back. It slides easily over my lobe when I do this.I'm a happy customer! Once I "break a new loop in" I can wear these all day without irritation. I can also make earrings out of old necklaces/brackets or whatever. It's so great to be able to wear earrings and not worry about what material they are made of. Thank you!

They’re a bit small
Honestly I used them for these earrings but they’re a bit small, like it’s suppose to be for children. I mean if you have thin or small ear lobules then they’ll work for you but personally for me they didn’t work. Also if you stretch them too much it won’t go back to the small shape but stay wide.
