Love it
Perfect to have at a standing desk when you want something to do that is more engaging than standing or walking in place! Really helps with that urge to fidget or prop one foot up.

Great product!
Great product, fantastic price! One of my doctors advised me to purchase a wobble board (or a bosu -- expensive -- stability ball) to help with healing my unstable hip. I checked out one of the more popular, expensive boards at a PT clinic and found that the angle, even though it was an adjustable board, was too steep, requiring my full concentration and potentially aggravating a broken ankle and foot neuroma I'd also suffered in the past. This board, however, is just right for me (6 foot; 190 pounds -- hopefully less soon with my diet for an upcoming physical). It's 16 inches in diameter, 2 inches from top to bottom, with a slightly curved (1/4 inch?) wobble ball of 4.5 inches in diameter. Even so, I can definitely feel my hip and leg muscles working as I stand on it and watch TV. The ball is wide enough that it won't kill my carpet, although I'm still a little leary of using it on a plastic mat for my desk chair. Why would I want to use it on a chair mat? Well, I do a lot of writing (eg, "George Washington's Liberty Key" is my latest book), and with both hip and back problems I have only been able to sit for about 15 minutes at a time. So I've developed a set-up where I've put my computer monitor on an overturned small and attractive trash-basket to bring it up to mid-level for sitting and standing. Then for my keyboard, I purchased a coated plastic-wire shoe rack (about 8 inches high, 24 inches wide, and 10 inches deep) which I've covered with a board that gives me a nice surface as well for my mouse. When I sit, I move the keyboard and mouse under the shoe rack; when I stand I move the keyboard and mouse on top of the shoe rack. Sure beats a $300-$3,000 adaptable standing desk! At any rate, with this wobble board and all the exercises I'm doing (recumbent bicycle and 100/day sustained, reclining on back/side, 18-inch, leg lifts), I'm happy to say I can sit longer and longer. And if I move the wobble board to a dresser (aka my other standing desk) on which I've put a laptop, I believe with enough practice I can also stand on the board (on carpet) while typing. Regardless, at the price I paid, $9 (I believe it's gone up) how can you beat it? Well made and a fantastic value still at four times the price! For those curious about my book: George Washington's Liberty Key: Mount Vernon's Bastille Key – the Mystery and Magic of Its Body, Mind, and Soul , a best seller at Mount Vernon.

Not bad
Very well built. The center bump could b a. little bigger but it works.

Great balance board!
I purchased this for my autistic son since he kept on trying to stand on his sit and spin to wobble around. I figured this would be much safer and still be fun for him, while working on his balance. It is low to the ground, but still gives you a lot of movement if you want it to. My mother-in-law saw him on it and said she had trouble with the one at physical therapy. I told her to try this one and it worked great for her, so she will be getting one soon.

Small base
Base is very small, therefore it doesn't give me the quad work I I actually ordered it for. I had another one I had ordered and the ball base was bigger and gave a great quad workout. I wish I had spent more money for a better quality.

Great for overweight beginners!
Great tool for overweight beginners like me! I really like this, it can definitely bear a 200lb person, it's not as high and wobbly (see pic it's about 1.5 inches off ground from its center wobble part) as the one I've used at my Physical therapist's clinic but is just enough for a little bit of challenge and keeps my core engaged. I think its normally used on carpet and since I have wood floors, I tried using it on wood floor and I tried using it while it's on top of my foam mat that I use at my stand up desk ( see pic). I prefer using it while it's on the foam mat. It was a great value too!! Enjoying it a lot so far!! But will update review after 9/10/2020 which will be after a month of use.**update 9/24/2020** still holding up and enjoying using it a couple times a week as a small workout to stand on and do mini squats while working.

Excellent!
I thought this would be a buyers-remorse purchase, but it's not. This thing is great! I've had to do physical therapy for a back injury, but with covid, I wanted to keep my visits to PT minimal. The therapist recommended a Bosu, but those are big, heavy, and about $100.00. I bought ths for $14, and it's great. Squats, balance, etc, without being more than 2 inches off the ground make being a klutz not as dangerous. As for it holding weight, my husband is 220 lbs, and it does not bend or give at all when he uses it. I use my anti-fatigue kitchen mat underneath it to prevent slipping. I think the only thing that would act as kryptonite to this unit is high heat. So don't leave it out in the sun, keep it away from flames. Great purchase, great price. Fits under a footstool for storage.

Almost too easy to balance
Seems sturdy enough for 165lb adult. Almost too easy to balance though. My 8 year old can balance it easily

Buena relación calidad precio
Muy bueno por el precio, recomendaría una versión más grande a un costo mayor ya que si eres de por grande queda exacto .

Exactly as pictured
This product was shipped to me in under a week. Exactly as shown but I already had one so knew what I was getting. I use this as a toy for baby puppies. I could use it to exercise on myself but that wont happen. The puppies really have fun with it and learn to use muscles to keep their balance as they mature. Its been a hit with many litters over the years! Hours of entertainment watching them explore it. It would wind up in a closet if I decided to use it for what it was intended for.

Completely adequate on a budget
My kids have also been on it nearly endlessly for a couple weeks now and it's holding up fine. When I (a larger adult) stand on it, it has a little more give than a wood board but it is definitely functional for me too.We have to use it on the rug or rubberized floor mats though, it slides around too much on hardwood or tile.I actually bought this for my puppy, and it's working well. It's small enough that my medium breed puppy can easily stand or sit on it.
