Great idea, not for longer lenses.
The ball head is not very good even for a Sony A6300, not heavy duty enough.Nice for quick shots on car top. Not for long lenses!

I really like it! Used it once
I really like it! Used it once. So far so good. No opening to run a strap thru to secure to a tree, fence, etc.
