I REALLY wanted these to work.
I REALLY wanted these to work. These are just like the Rowkin ones, which I bought at the same time, and are shown in the pictures. The price was good, compared to the Rowkin product, but aside from not maintaining a steady Bluetooth connection, one of the Axgio earbuds failed after the first day. But I would have returned them, even if they had kept functioning because the connectivity was a deal breaker. While in my ears, the buds could not even remain consistently connected to each other, which meant that the audio in the right ear would frequently drop out for a few seconds. It is very jarring for that to happen. Worse, the left earbud would not remain reliably connected to my phone. It was really bad when it was in my pocket, but it was even a problem with the phone a few feet in front of my head while working out on the elliptical at the gym. This is such an amazingly good idea. I hate that it didn't work. Perhaps antennas small enough to fit in the earbuds are just not yet up to the task.

Best for listening only
Review of AXGIO Single EarbudCost: $29Battery: +1I charged the battery/holder and earpiece till full and it worked for just slightly over three hours straight. I expect this will diminish over time, as would any battery, but I am happy with the start.Distance: +1The range was pretty good whether I was indoors or outside. No problem with 10 meters (33 feet). It would cut out at times though at 40 feet, again both indoors and outdoors with one or more walls in the way.Use: +1Put it in your ear and press the button depending on how you want to use it. It talks to you as far as On/Off/Connected.Comfort: +1This was a major concern as well and the earpiece I selected was comfortable. I kept it in for three hours straight and it was not bothersome to me at all. Of course, we are all different.Phone: -2The microphone in this is terrible unless you hold it up to your mouth. Do not expect to have a conversation using this as the microphone while it is in your ear.I did not want stereo and I have plenty of various stereo headsets. I stumbled across this single piece and it works to my satisfaction as a wireless earphone for listening only.

Amazing product for the price!
I rarely if ever write reviews of the many products I buy on Amazon, but this one deserves a review. This is one of my top 10 things I didn't know I couldn't live without until I bought it. On my walks with my dog I like to listen to podcasts, but often found my normal bluetooth headphones ended up being a bit of a pain, with the heavy bluetooth receiver always pulling down on one ear. When I'm out walking on the sidewalk I only like to have one earbud in so I can hear people coming, and be more aware of my surroundings. This product fit the need I had perfectly, and has worked well so far (about a month or two, I'll update my review if it starts having issues). I like how small it is (I barely if ever notice it in my ear), and the fact that it can be easily stored in its charger so I don't lose it. A couple cons- you do need to make sure that it is charging when you plug it back into the charger (make sure the red light comes on, if not just twist it a bit), and because it is so small the bluetooth transmitter is not the best. It works from a good distance away unobstructed, but if your phone is in your back pocket (or sometimes even if it is in your front pocket), the sound will cut out often. However, those are things I can definitely live with or adjust to make it work, because it really has been an awesome product. For the price, there's nothing better, I would definitely buy it again!

The best Bluetooth headphones I've ever owned or used.
Hands down, these are the best wireless bluetooth headphones I've ever used. I've owned about 3 or 4 different kinds of wireless earbuds before buying these. These don't have any of the issues that I've had with other wireless earbuds. They are exactly what I wanted from wireless earbuds when I first started searching for them a few years ago. These are really similar to the rowkin mini earbud that I had before, but the signal strength and battery life are so much better. What's more, there are two of them instead of one. Many of the wireless earbuds that I've had in the past had trouble with dropping the signal when getting any distance at all from my phone. Even putting my phone in my pocket would cause them to cut out. These earbuds rarely ever experience any loss of signal. On the rare occasion that there is signal loss, only one earbud will cut out while the other will keep playing. So you never experience any loss of audio. I've even been on a phone call where my phone was under a pillow and I was in another room with the door shut. The battery life of the earbuds themselves seem to last aroundound 3 or 4 hours of play time. As for the portable charger/phone power bank, I have never ran out of power with it yet. I charge it once or twice a week whenever it seems convenient. So far it has never ran out of battery. Even when I have used it to charge my phone as well.Pros: They are small, portable, have a strong signal, no loss of audio, great sound, loud volume, long battery life, they fit and stay in your ear well, they have a good microphone, they can play or pause using the earbud without the need to unpocket the phone, and they come with a magnetic portable charger that acts as battery bank for your phone as well as your earbuds.Cons: The portable charger borders on being too large to be comfortable in your pocket every day. You can use the left earbud without the right, but not the other way around. It would be really awesome if you could use them one at a time so that you could use one while the other charged and never run out of power.
