Kenji Kazama joins a new high school with his friends. Kazama is a delinquent. He wants to rule the school. Unfortunately Kazama is way out of his league. The school is really ruled by Roka. Roka is the president of the Game Creation Club. Roka needs to recruit more members for her club; sorry Kazama.This then becomes the story of how Kazama and the Game Creation Club survive multiple challenges from the real Game Creation Club and other factions within the school. Can he survive the whacky members of the club? Can he deal with the machinations of the student council vice president? Can he cope, can he cope, can he cope? All of this is told with a sense of humour, good animation and fast pacing.This is a guilty pleasure anime. It leans heavily on established themes, such as slice of life, harem, student council, high-school club life and many more. It's well worth watching all the way through even if the last story arc is a little weak. Highly recommended.

The is a quirky and fun series that doesn't fall into the usual fanservice cliches. Only 4 stars because the OVA is not included

Interesting english dub, voices match pretty well but it gives off a different feel from the original Japanese version. Included extras aren't anything too special.

I found that this series provided genuine laughs from me throughout all 12 episodes. The Dub acting was very well done, and overall both versions (Japanese & English) were very funny. Worth the money all the same!
