2017 Microsoft Surface Pro 5 with Intel Core i5-7300U (12.3-inch, 8GB RAM, 128GB SSD) Black (Renewed)

Item arrived with no charge, Some sort of Screen burn at the bottom of the device. Battery was shockingly bad and lasted about 2 hours with minimum use. Extremely slow and laggy in both tablet and computer mode. Touch screen very unresponsive. Just really bad, I would not recommend. It almost feels like they are just papering over the cracks when they refurbish these products and hoping to take peoples money without them noticing how bad the interior problems are. Would give zero stars if possible. Sending back as very disappointed and a waste of time as now I have to mess around printing labels, paying for postage and waiting up to 14 days to get my money back. Extremely unhappy!!!!!!

Battery flat on arrival, went to plug it in to charge and the charging cable gave my partner an electric shock. Returned device as don't trust it has been properly tested after refurbishment.

Je suis content de la tablette .Elle paraît propre et fonctionnelle...Livré avec un chargeur encore emballé. J'ai même l'impression qu'il est neuf .Maintenant à voir avec le temps ...

O produto e muito bom, apenas tem problemas com a bateria que nao dura mais que 2,5 horas, quando o anuncio refere capacidade de cerca de 80% do valor normal que e entre 12 a 13 horas de vídeo.

Prodotto arrivato nei tempi previsti in condizioni ottime con qualche rigo sul retro ma insignificante per il resto il prodotto è perfettamente funzionante.

Llegó con la vida útil de la batería al 63% (se supone que tienen que llegar con 80%), pero la seguí usando porque me daba igual usarla conectada.A las pocas semanas empezó a cargar mal, a veces cargaba y otras no hasta que ha llegado el momento que no puede cargarse y por tanto, no se puede usar.
