Light and easy to use
No problems. Great little mp3 player. Super light. Only thing is it came with the EU volume lock so volume levels were very low at the highest. You may have to manually turn of this volume lock if you like your music a bit louder. You can find the info. in the manual or on google. Its just pressing 2 buttons for 20 seconds or something similar as far as I can remember.

Compact well designed MP3 player
I purchased this MP3 player as it is listed by Amazon as being fully compatible with Audible files. Unfortunately, I have not found this so. The Audible app on my HP window 10 does not recognize it as a device. The Audible sync app enabled me to register it as a device but will not sync files. To load Audible files onto the Clip Sport I had to copy and paste .axx files using File Explorer (found using Auible app> settings>downloads>open download in File Explorer). I can now play Audible on the MP3 player.I have found the output of the bluetooth volume to be too low for my Antimi bluetooth speaker and it is annoying to constantly enable higher volumes.I gave this 4 stars as it is a nice little unit, great for what it is marketed for its unfortunate that I find Audible so restrictive.

Worth considering
Not played it long enough to know the battery life but very easy to use and the sound quality is good. Easy to find the music you want to as it listss by artist, album or genre.

Bluetooth playtime
I purchased this item for three reasons, it plays Audible audio files, supports Bluetooth and finally the price when compared with Apple devices. The sound quality is excellent for the spoken word and the playtime of around 20hrs using wired headphones is acceptable. The only downside has been the playtime when using Bluetooth this is then reduced to about 10hrs. Finally, the hinge on the clip is not rebused enough and failed after a month of use.

Playlists do not work....Device is terrible
I want an MP3 player for my wife to use at dance classes. No big deal surely? The SanDisk Clip Sport Plus was recommended on a review site. Obviously they reviewed it without using it!! The centre button is the "enter" button. It is a very poor quality button that only works sometimes, so when it doesn't work you of course press longer and harder....bad move! The 'enter' button is also the 'off' button if pressed for more than 1 second. Excellent idea, SanDisk!!!Do you use playlists? They are essential for my use. However, despite what you might have read, the playlists do not work. Plenty of angry users on forums to back up my comments. Apparently they will work if you rename every track to something simple like 'track1', 'track2'...etc. Why????So to sum up, completely unreliable, dodgy buttons, unusable playlists, support website does not work, no instructions in box. Do yourself a favour and completely avoid this pathetic product.A mention to Amazon who supplied this second hand with a scratched screen. I paid for a new item, not a used one. No matter, as it's most definitely being returned!

They cut too many features and it doesn't work properly.
Honestly this is a big let down. I used the old sandisk model for a few years, but that one only supported wired headphones. When I finally upgraded I thought I'd get the same thing with bluetooth, but little did I know they'd sacrifice a bunch of features. Gone is the ability to speed audio up (which is necessary for some podcasts). Gone is the SD card support. And not only that, but the bluetooth doesn't work great either. If you open a new folder to listen to, at random there will be no more sound and you have to reconnect the bluetooth. This happens about once out of every three times. Totally unacceptable and makes it too annoying to use. I switched to a Yoton instead, which was cheaper and works better.

This device works with bluetooth or wired headphones.
I am using the player for audio books when walking as it is Audible compatible; controls are easy to access and use by touch in darkness if need be.

Value for money
Very happy with this purchase, got it for my 11 year old daughter and she loves it. Its very basic function wise but it robust and hard wearing and does what it says on the tin.
