I've tried several travel pillows and this one seems to work the best for me. I don't like anything too thick behind my neck so I actually snap the ends together and put the snap section behind my head. I adjust the sides so that with a slight tilt of my head I can lean my head on the pillow as shown in the picture. I also like to make it into a rainbow shape and set my reading material on top as shown in the second picture. I've only used it in my recliner, so far. The material is like a very soft T-Shirt. I love how you can bend it and tighten it or loosen it by your neck.

I bought this for a long flight in addition to three other pillows to try. I ended up using this one. It is bigger and a bit bulkier but that was something I was willing to trade for comfort. The fabric is soft T-shirt material. The foam is very comfortable and with the option to twist it I was able to use it in multiple ways. I actually ended up using it for lumbar support the most during the flight. It worked great for that as well as a head and neck pillow.

I've used this pillow in various situations and configurations and it has done its job like a champ. I'm only giving four stars because it can't quite coil into a circle and trying can put some strain on the snap, and because it can't be compressed for packing as much as other travel pillows due to the spine.Other than that, I've used it in a standard configuration for camping, a weird snake-like twist for sleeping on a plane, a cinnamon roll for propping my legs, and just straight as a neck roll. It really does twist around like they show, and it really served me well on a ten day camping trip that included sixteen hour flights and eight hour car rides. It's even my pillow of choice when I visit friends or family where I sleep on a sofa or air mattress.I hesitated to buy it, but I've definitely gotten my money's worth out of it and it's still my go-to for traveling.

This is the best neck pillow I have ever used. It can be manipulated into so many different shapes, which lends itself to so many different uses. It is definitely not your typical travel pillow. I have used it daily post surgery and will continue to use it through my entire recovery. After that. It will for sure become a travel staple for me! Much better use and comfort than any other travel pillow I have ever tried!

Thanks for that!!I really wanted to like it.I have really bad neck pain because of the arthritis in my vertebrae. I needed something to help with support for my neck while reading, watching tv and car rides.I read the reviews and this sounded like the thing I needed. I loved the idea that it would bend and I could adjust it to fit different areas of my head and neck depending on how I was sitting or lying.Well, I don’t know what people are doing to make this thing work, but it’s the most uncomfortable neck pillow ever.The bar inside is hard and pokes you no matter how you put it. No matter how I bend or adjust this thing it’s hideously uncomfortable. It actually hurts to use it.The idea behind it is great, the actual design is terrible. I have fought with this thing for a week and not once have I found a comfortable way to put it on my neck or the back of my head.Total waste of money and time.

This neck pillow is firm but soft at the same time and bends well into different shapes. I have purchased many travel pillows but this one is definitely superior and at a better price point. I keep it in my car when not travelling which has elevated my car nap comfort level significantly. Try it out if you’re in need of a new neck pillow that works.

I'm in love. Don't tell my husband. But this pillow is clutch. I have neck issues along with Trigeminal Neuralgia. This makes anything related to my neck kinda tricky. It gives just the right amount of neck support, super flexible so you can contort it to fit you. Light weight and soft. Very sturdy. Fair warning the fabric cover does start pilling pretty fast. I wish they sold replacement covers but not enough of an issue to knock off a star. I'll be reaching out to my neighbor to make some fun replacement covers. Also, you can twist it around, lay it on your lap to prop up your tablet or book. I'm so glad I purchased this instead of the Turtl pillow.

It does what it's supposed to do. The only complaint was it comes with a metal piece in the middle to help it hold shape. My husband is using it amd hasn't complained but it threw me off when opened it initially.
