So today, I finally have everything I need to put my new office together. I out the desk together yesterday - breeze.After work, I back there to put the together the chair together and I unpack it. Chair looks good and padding is actually a little beefier than expected but I haven't sat on it.I was initially upset because the instructions had pics of screws etc but no bags. I emailed the maker (website wasn't finished or operation) and they advised the screws are mounted inside the chair. I saw screws in it when I unpacked it but it looked like heavy duty screws to support 400lb.Well, I finally got it together today: all screws were present, no stripped holes and again it was simple to assemble.I am not sure it'll support my weight but we'll see. I'll update in a month or so.From what I can see from others, the leg you attach as the 5th leg is the one that breaks. I'll advise.Also, please remember that if the shock mount gives out, you can buy others here on Amazon. It's the base I'm concerned about.So until I experience issue, I gave it 4 starts because they should have put the info about the screws in the instructions and not assume every person would know that. It cost me 2 weeks letting it sit plus it sat already until I could get to itCustomer service responded immediately and was nice about it. But I didnt need to ask for any screws etc. That was awesome.Right now I'll say it's a good buy and I'd recommend it.

Bought this chair after looking at Staples and other office furniture stores. This chair is a MUCH better value. Very comfortable and works well. The recline works fine. Adjustable armrests. Adjustable height. Great lumbar and back support.I set it up myself. Instructions were straightforward, just look carefully at the diagrams.Took me about 30 min to set up.The base detaches so you can actually transport it.Its a good price for what you get. If you treat it well, it should last for a long time.

The chair looks great but it leans forward like a rocking chair and its very uncomfortable. The forward motion hurts my back. I've tried tightening up the bolts but it still leans forward.

Extremely comfortable even after sitting for hours gaming or editing videos

My son had a old chair from his grandmother but was starting to fall apart. We bought this for him and he loves ❤️ it. Very pleased with the product.

My only complaint is that the placement of the back adjustment knob chair support isn't clearly marked is on the left or right on the instructions, but I figured it out (it goes on the right). As far as the chair goes, it's great. Firm + strongly made. The wheels are also strongly built dual roller arrangement. The chair has the right combination of firmness where you need it. Since I commonly need more back support I've combined this with an oversized back fitting pillow bought separately which I recommend as a winning combination.

Something I didn’t consider much when buying my first gaming chair was the noise it would make cheating out. For the price I was very happy and frankly I still am today, but there a lot of moving parts. Despite efforts to lubricate what I can see, it still makes all sorts of noise and is tough to use late at night when my partner is sleeping in the same room. Very comfy and has lasted well so far, but it will squeak.
