Much easier to chew than competing brands
Thinner slices than other products I have gotten. I can swallow individual pieces that retain their flavor, rather than the thicker slices of other brands, where it becomes a bland clump of chewed meat by the time the pieces are small enough to swallow.

Very dry and lean.
Nice and dry like shoe leather, exactly how I like it! I’m not wasting my $ on moisture. Has fresh and natural flavor. I do wish it had more fat as it is very lean. Despite consuming instructions, it keeps very long after opening in the fridge. Which was not my experience with a competitor brand as the competitor brand went bad after 2 weeks. Would buy again.

Arrived moldy and there is no return policy
My bolting arrived super moldy and funky and yes it is mold not salt crystals. I know these things happen and bitong can be finicky but there’s no way to get a refund or replacement because of their return policy. I really wanted to give it a shot and honestly just wanted a replacement bag but guess that’s how it goes. I wouldn’t suggest this product solely on the risk and policies they have set up. Will update if they somehow make it right

better than jerky
This traditionally preserved beef uses vinegar instead of salt so it is much more heart healthy and it is thinly sliced which I prefer over thick jerky.

This is so tasty and perfect for Keto or Carnivore, but now I can't stop ordering it. I'm hooked. I'm creating a whole new bank account to use for this purchase. The Peri Peri is spicy, but not too hot.I didn't realize that Stryve Foods, LLC has four wholly owned subsidiaries, Biltong Acquisition Company LLC, Braaitime LLC, Protein Brothers, LLC, and Kalahari Snacks, LLC.Protein Brother and Kalahari Snacks are very well made.
