It is reasonably well made/sewn and it is very well detailed with veins and other tissue. It is padded on the inside to give it a "full" look. The "limbs" have soft fill inside and the two front appendages have a slightly heavier fill to enable them to hang down a little bit more firmly. The back of the hat has an adjustable Velcro strip similar to what is found on the back of a cap. The one we received seems to be missing is it's eyes. It could be that when it was sewn together the eyes got covered up under the seams. With all of the other detail though, this is a minor issue. This headcrab hat comes highly recommended to all fans of the Half-Life series.

The extra brain power I get from this awesome parasite is great; I use it as my thinking cap. The little guy fits snug on my head, and doesn't bite down too hard. Of course there will be some bleeding initially, but that's to be expected; it slurps it up pretty well so not mess. I named mine Lamarr.

My child absolutely loves this thing, the only problem is that it runs a little smaller than most hats, or my child's head is big. It fits on the top on the head, but it just sits there, so it really is just a plush for the top of the head. As in, he uses his hands to secure it in place, if he let's go or turns his head,, it falls off. Other than that, he loves it, sleeps with it, shows it around, he's very happy with it.

My 10-year-old loves his headcrab cap. I don’t think it fits my big head as well as it fits his. It is padded on top, made of soft fabric, and comfortable. Seems to be made of quality material. Shipping was a bit of a wait, but that is because I am used to two-day prime shipping. This was not prime eligible.

This is exactly as pictured and well made. My son is thrilled! Especially because it arrived a day early!! No issues, great item & love that I helped support a small business (& fellow Illinoisian!)Highly recommend!

Boyfriend absolutely loved the headcrab hat, however, because of the plush it’s easier for it to be used as only a plushy because of how it pushes off of the head. Great detail, and very soft.

My grandson says 199% awesome, he hasn’t removed it in 4 days appears to made well.
