I love to bake, but don't want to always have cakes around the house. This makes it easy to make a two cakes with one recipe, and give a small full cake to a friend. My cakes didn't stick at all (I used Baker's Joy), and were easy to clean. Recommended.

I was skeptical that stainless steel pans could bake as well as aluminum but my vegan cake turned out great using the parchment that was included. These also appear to fit in my 6 qt instant pot so I might use these pans for steamed cakes too.

Just the right size. It would be nice to have directions for baking how To adjust for 6 inch pan s opposed to 8 or. 9 inch in directions from cake maker.The actual cake pan is great easy to use easy to clean and above all appears to be long lastinh
