Always impressed by Knipex's larger pump pliers, been hovering over these as a pocket companion for a while. Was concerned they might be a tad large compared to the 100mm, but not keen on the even smaller types' plain metal grips. They are not too large... Made me smile on opening the package just how dinky they are. And yet still 100% a 'real' tool. I've no idea why Knipex slip joint stuff is so much better than any I've used. It just is. These may be small, but I'm astonished at how well they grip fasteners or anything else you need a firm grip on to align/mangle into place, and the Cobra locking works as well as on larger versions. Reaches into spaces normal ones can't, and lives in a pocket without irritation. No regrets. Knipex's reputation remains solid here.

Why should you buy from this seller. Everyone knows you can't beat the quality of Knipex so who provides it and at what cost. Hunting around to save a few pennies gives us all a sense of achievement but saving in exchange for incredible service is perhaps short sighted and maybe not worth the effort. In my case not only did I find a great price but unbeatable service. I had my first delivery stolen out of the packet in transit. The packet was delivered into the postbox empty. I contacted the seller and they sorted it. No hassle no whining about responsibility they just arranged a different delivery method which arrived yesterday. A surprise gift to my son. Knipex changed the standards of these type of tools to the highest level to the extent they have become an icon of cool EDC. Usual knipex quality - punch well above their weight. Great for EDC and compact tool kit.

Well as are made in Germany I hope these are the real thing as they come just in a clear plastic bag and no box of any kind! these pliers have some play in the hinge although this isn’t really an issue. Grip coating is none slip textured, at 150mm long they slip into your pocket if needed with no issues but be aware that the teeth on the jaws are very sharp!! This will go nicely into the Knipex case that I have bought and with the other wrenches as well those being the 300mm and 250mm and 180mm and the 150mm amazing fingers crossed they will outlast me lol

Ideal for dainty stuff but just too small to be a really worthwhile purchase. Mechanism does what it is meant to and it is well finished,

Got these for a couple of tight jobs and EDC. Honestly, they do majority of what I was doing with larger tools with a smaller footprint. Must haves for EDC and grab and go bags.
