Critical Thinking 11th Edition

Book is slightly torn and worn out, but does it job! And received it quicker than expected!

I rented this book for a college course- but I have read half of it before my class even began- I would consider this a must have for any library and a great tool for parents to teach their children the first set of survival skills that will pay big dividends- and those skills involve the one muscle that is the most important- the mind ( yes I know the brain/mind isn't a muscle). But in my opinion, and this is going to sound cliché, just like the fish, do not tell you children what to think but how to think. This book is not cheap, but anyone who gets this grass roots movement will reference these pages for years

This is the texted book used at Pikes Peak Community College in Colorado springs as of Sumner 2015. Saved me LOTS of money!All I had to do to return it was print of the return label and drop it in a UPS mail slot.Amazon has out done itself with this amazing and convenient set up for college students who want to save some money!

Really? Who can say they like this book? As a university student who is almost done with their degree, I have avoided this class thus far simply because professor continue to select his book for instruction. I consider myself a great student with a high gpa and RARELY get even get a B in any of my courses.With that note, this book sucks. The authors do not know how to get a concept on paper with out muddling it up. They continue to repeat themselves in this same manner throught the book causes this topic to be confusing. Who the heck thinks this way? Critical thinking? I think not. But then again who studies Philosophy? What is it good for? We no longer need people to be like Aristole or question the meaning of life let alone structure our thinking in the way that this book attempts to teach you.Ridiculous topic in my opinion. Time to rewrite this book and rethink the title to “Not Important Thinking” because I gaurentee you that once you finish this textbook you will forget all about it.(Dont get butt hurt and measage me - get a life this is just one review among many)

The book is fine but not the book I needed because I ordered the book early and the school changed to the newer version
