Bought it for a gift. Packaging is a plastic bag. No instructions. So far seems to be working ok. Lots of batteries needed.

Product arrived in damaged box and missing parts
The robot arrived in the original box. The box was slightly damaged with no other protective packaging. There is no remote control nor any foam discs. There is no instruction booklet. It looks like it was used.
