With all the protein options out there it's hard to choose one. I've picked for fancy flavors. I've splurged for ones with so many big words how could it not be the best! I've chased sales and mimicked suggestions. Sure, they all do the job. But in the end, I'm always left wondering if there's greener grass. Then I found Designer Whey Advanced. I'm not typically swayed by things that are grass fed. I mean, I don't eat grass so why should I expect my protein to? Just kidding. But seriously, I took one scoop mixed with water after my workout, sat down with a little trash reality television...and felt incredible. My stomach wasn't bothered and I kid you not, I could feel it in me. I thought okay, maybe my preworkout is lingering and I did just crush back and bi's, must just be having a great day. So, after destroying legs the next day, mixed my shake, sat down to some Netflix of Pumping Iron, and bam, the feeling again. I then read over the ingredients and felt the paper label like an old vintage spray paint can. Trying to understand what made this stuff so special. Still not sure. So we move to Day 3: Obliterate chest and tri's. Mix shake. Sit down and watch Insidious for the hundreth time. Again, feeling incredible. Then it hit me! This stuff has to be possessed by the ghost of a bodybuilder! I mean, I'm no scientist (which science I'm sure is the real reason this stuff is so great) so I can't pinpoint an actual ingredient or combo of ingredients that make this stuff rock, so I'm sticking with the laced with the afterlife hypothesis. All jokes aside, this product is legit. It tastes like actual chocolate fudge, goes down smooth, and makes me feel awesome. Found my greener grass...

Excellent product that mixes well and it actually tastes great! If it is close to the expiration, you may notice that it does not mix as well. I'm on my 4th container and I've only had that happen once. Amazon was great about the exchange too. I switched to this after Muscle Milk Light/100 Calorie changed their formula. I also tried Orgain Vanilla but that had ingredients that are not good for calcium oxalate kidney stone sufferers and likely caused a round of stones for me.

This version of Designer Protein tastes great and I don't develop gas which would be a sign of a poor protein product. Kind of expensive but I'm satisfied.

This is easily the best-tasting chocolate whey powder I've had. I bought it thinking it was the regular Designer Whey and was happy with my mistake. I tend to mix a scoop with either water, vanilla soy milk, or the coffee I forgot on the counter (don't judge, it's a protein-packed mocha!) and the least pleasant one was with just plain water (turned out a little gritty).I don't use protein powder for anything other than making sure I get enough protein in my diet, which is a little tough for me. Twice a day. The scoop clip in the lid is pretty clever, too.

I love love love this flavor, the price went up so I stopped buying until they offered me a coupon. I really love this it's good quality and the taste is on point!

I really like this protein powder! I've been using it for almost a week and it blends well in shakes, and is actually pretty versatile overall - I even did some meal prep and made pancakes with some of this added so I can snack throughout the day. The vanilla cookie flavor is pretty good too. I'm also a fan of that it's a natural product; since I'm ultimately taking the time to be good to my body, why not go that extra step? It's clean enough to use every day, if not multiple times a day. Will definitely stick with this one.

I like the product fine and have ordered it in the past. I just received my most recent shipment and the product has passed prime shelf life. I opened it, had a shake and realized the flavor was "off". Checked the container and is "Best Used by Feb 2019". I just spend $30 on an expired container of protein powder. Unacceptable. 2 stars because I have used it and liked it previously and it arrived on time.
