This laser ruler is very handy in size and easy to use. I like the display showing fonts clearly. Very recommended for realtors and home inspectors measuring lengths of cabinet house with laser point quickly. This can be used as laser point when explaining about the home professionally.

Works great my only greif is is it's hard to aim to hit a certain point

I was looking for a more readable screen that would be larger and brighter contrast than my name-brand laser measure. From the description noting a "larger backscreen light" and the somewhat misleading photographs of the device without a hand for reference, I thought this would be just the ticket. However, it is if anything even smaller than my name-brand model, and with instructions in tiny print to match. It seems to work well enough, but I am hitting another snag in setting the units of measure.While I was able to switch this from metric to inches, I am getting inches digitally rather than in fractions, which is my preference. I'm not 100 percent sure, but the instructions seem to indicate that two long presses of one of the buttons should be able to format fractional inches, but I am only able by long pressing the button to get either metric or digital inches.This might be a good laser measure for those who don't care about getting inches in fractions (such as 4 3/16" for example) and are interested in its more advanced functions, such as determining area and volume.The fact that this is USB chargeable will be a plus for those who don't want to hunt down fresh batteries.Review of Laser Measure 196Ft/60M Laser Distance Meters with LCD Screen USB Rechargeable Waterproof Ip54 Digital Laser Measurement Tool for Measure Distance Area Volume Pythagoras

I could not figure out how this worked. The instructions were unclear. I'm not a stupid person, but I spent way too long trying to get this thing to work.

This tools is great! It cut my time significantly when measuring interior dimensions and simplified my trim installation significantly.

This was extremely difficult for me to use. There were too many settings and the numbers were small. I ended up buying another one that was simpler.

I didn't know what to expect with this laser measuring device, other than it was going to be small. And boy is it small. It's a little bit awkward to hold in certain spots (I'm finding myself reaching up on walls to beam across to other walls unimpeded by decorations and such), and I think my ideal size for one of these would be a bit bigger. I would also love to have a measure button on the side instead of the top, it just seems ergonomically that would work better for me.However, these are minor issues. I've never had one of these before but in considering moving and home improvement projects, this is already proving to be a valuable device that is saving me time. The instructions were a 5-minute read, and I was ready to go. It wasn't too problematic to find the settings I wanted to use, ft vs meters, 1d or 2d measuring vs 3d, etc. Although the display is very small, it's readable enough. Overall it's a little awkward, but with any electronic device you have to get used to its idiosyncrasies.It comes with a little felt drawstring bag, and has a loop handle you can attach if desired.Although probably not the best, deluxe version of this kind of a tool on the market, this is well-worth the price and functions as advertised. 4.5 stars.

NEVER BUY. WASTE OF MONEY. It stop working after a couple of use. No way to contact to customer support.
