Yes, Agra Tronix is manufactured in the USA in Ohio. Thank you for asking.

Is this made in China?

Not positive, but I don't think it's made in China. We had to send the one we bought back to be fixed after a couple years and I know we didn't send it to China. The AgraTronix web site states " Products Designed & Assembled in the U.S.A.". Based on this some components may be made elsewhere but everything is put together in the U.S.A..
