** Absolutely fantastic product and support **
I rarely have time to write reviews but I have to say that Fortinet Support is beyond anything I have ever experienced. I have called them 5 times (because we had a unique configuration in our company) and every time they have helped me. I can usually speak to someone within 3 minutes after placing my call which is UNHEARD of these days. I had Sonicwall prior and ditched that because there was literally ZERO support. The configuration of this product is much easier than the other firewalls I have used in the past. If you are looking for a firewall, I can say with 100% confidence YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG WITH FORTINET.

Just 5 months of 8x5 support left in the unit bought.
Good firewall, but the 1-year 8x5 suport, warranty, webfilter, etc., starts to count on first connection/registration or 60 days after shipment from Fortinet to reseller or customer (what happens sooner). In my case, this happened a few months ago (the shipment from Fortinet to reseller), so I received a unit with just 5 months of 8x5 support left !!!This is a characteristic of the Bundle version and it is not clarified when buying the unit.Do not recommend buying this Bundle without knowing how long is left from 8x5 support.

Great product; but the software is a bit pricey. They could have at least included EMS license. Included documentation was a bit confusing for me, because I thought it indicated that I was entitled to 10 free EMS client licenses with my purchase.

Best firewall for the money. Be aware of the license dates.
Love it. Most feature-full firewall for the money at the moment.Be aware of the license time though. The license had already been active and was already 4 months into the free year when the firewall arrived.

refurb in box labeled NEW
It wouldn't work, with assistance of tech help over 2 weeks. then 1 day, it somewhat established a connection. it stated this unit was returned to factory previously. yet, box was labeled NEW. broken once before, still broken now. it got sent back. buying its competitor
