It took me forever to find the right paprikas for an authentic Hungarian Goulash spice mix. I needed to blend sweet paprika with mild, smokey and hot. This was the hot paprika. it has an amazing taste, and is quite hot, but deeply flavorful. Great buy!

Finding REAL paprikas with flavor is difficult these days as most brands I grew up with changed somehow over the years and the quality has diminished beyond belief....THis is the real deal.
