Peanut Butter Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt

Fresh out of the warm amazon package these are amazingly mmm! Yum! Melty Chewy Chocolatey Goodness was my first thought. The ingredients now include: Cashews, isomalto-oligosaccharides (prebiotic from tapioca) protein blend (pea protein isolate, brown rice protein, flax protein, organic hemp protein), organic dark chocolate chips (organic cane sugar, organic chocolate liquor, organic cocoa butter, organic soy lecithin, organic vanilla extract), organic alkalized cocoa powder, organic and natural flavors, organic unrefined extra virgin coconut oil, vegetable glycerin, sunflower lecithin, sea salt and monk fruit extract. So these are no longer sweetened with stevia and there is a little cane sugar in the chocolate chips, but minimal - so 3g total sugars per bar! But I think they taste amazing with the monk fruit extract. Total fat is 9g, 0mg cholesterol, 160mg sodium, 10g protein, 250mg potassium, 20mg calcium, 3.8mg iron, Total carbohydrates 21g. These are also gluten free but are made on shared equipment that processes peanuts, tree nuts, eggs, milk, sesame, fish and shellfish. This is not a raw food actually even though that is in the name. It tastes deliciously raw however and is very natural. The ingredients are heated for food safety. I'll be eating one of these every day! The chocolate chips might get a little melty but I haven't had any issues with the whole bar melting. I feel more confident ordering these than any other chocolate product in the summer! P.S. 2 - 11/2/2025 - I have ordered these 39 times so that to me tells me these are the best protein bars out there! I'm getting them again and again!

Raw Rev bars have consistently been my grab and go favorite when I’m on the run, not hungry enough for a big meal, or looking for something to throw in my backpack when I’m setting off on a hike! I love that they’re made from all natural ingredients, high in protein and low in sugar, and that the sugar used in the bars is an all natural sugar. My only problem is that I have a hard time keeping them in the house as my kids love them way too much!

I don't write many reviews but I had to on this one. Through the years I have purchased $1000's worth of these bars from Amazon, other retailers and the company directly. I would eat 3-4 bars a day for meals. The company would have quality issues from time to time which is expected for a small business. I was good with those issues like some bars not being sealed, mold on some bars, and some packages missing half the bar. But when they changed the formula, I could not even finish the first bar and I bought 12 boxes. I donated them to a homeless shelter. I sent feedback to Alice Benedetto Founder and CEO of Raw Rev as well hoping they would go back to the original formula. I searched for the perfect bar with everything I wanted in it and that tasted great. I found it in Raw Rev Bars but then they changed the formula and now they taste just like the other chalky, plastic, bad after tasting protein bars out there. I am very disappointed. I have been searching for a new healthy, great tasting, protein bar.

These bars are amazing! I can't believe how naturally low in sugar they are yet they taste like a delicious dessert without any artificial sweeteners or sugar alcohols. Add to that they are full of healthy fats like omega 3s, they each have a good amount of clean plant protein, they are full of lots of raw ingredients which is a huge plus, and they each have a whopping 13 grams of fiber! I adore the texture! I would best describe it as a soft chewy cookie dough texture. So if you're looking for something crispy this probably isn't for you, but I love them. These bars never give me a blood sugar spike or crash, so if you have trouble in that area these are great. I haven't tried all the flavors yet, but for sure my favorite so far is the peanut butter dark chocolate and sea salt; it's amazing and seems to be the lowest in sugar at only 3 grams. I have also tried the cookie dough which was good but not as good as the peanut butter chocolate in my opinion. The mint chocolate was tasty but probably my least favorite as I found the mint flavor a tad overpowering as it seems to permeate the entire bar. But if you really like mint you'd probably love it! I really would like to try the expresso ones next! To sum it up these bars are wonderful. I think my two year old will probably even love them because theyre soft and easy to chew. My husband loves how the chocolate chip chunks seem so fancy and just melt in your mouth. Weather you're on a plant based, raw, vegan, low carb, keto, clean eating diet, or just want to try a healthier treat, buy these! After this fantastic review I must mention that I have had some errors In the number of bars I've received from this buyer. I ordered a 12 pack twice and a couple bars had been missing. However they got back to me immediately and were fantastic about replacing my box or refunding me, so In the end I was a very happy customer because I ended up with even more bars than I was supposed to have originally at no extra charge!

We have loved the Peanut butter and Chocolate chip Raw Rev bars for years, going through 4-5 boxes per month. We use them as snacks or to satisfy a craving for something just a little sweet, and they were worth the price. However we had noticed recently that with each of the last 3-4 shipments we would occasional find bars with the packaging not as well done so the bar would be dried out, and a few bars that actually had mold on them. I was going to write to the company, but when I saw the new better packaging and that some natural preservative that had been added, I was excited that those problems were likely fixed. Then we were all disappointed when we tried the new recipe. It is more cake like in texture, and tastes sweeter, with less flavor overall. I miss the chia and flax seeds. We have decided it is not worth ordering these again considering the changes and the price.

Finally a way to satisfy an intense love of dark chocolate with a HEALTHY treat! RawRev Double Chocolate Brownie Batter plant based protein bars are awesome!! ..10g protein with calcium, iron, and potassium ..rich, chewy, delicious 😋. The 12 bar box has a long shelf life (which won’t be needed in my house)!

Raw rev glo bars were my favorite for years (I bought a few boxes each month and ate at least one a day for the last few years) because of the delicious taste but just as much so for the incredibly healthy combination of ingredients. But unfortunately now they've gone and ruined a great thing with a new recipe of ingredients which has removed all the raw superfoods - as well as removed the great taste. I'll be canceling my subscribe and save orders and opting to buy a competitors product instead. (hint: Aloha also means "GOODBYE.") THE OLD FORMULA: Peanuts, Pea Protein, Brown Rice Protein, Raw Organic Hemp Protein, Raw Organic Virgin Coconut Oil, Raw Organic Chia Seeds, Raw Organic Sprouted Flax Seeds), Isomalto-Oligosaccharides (Prebiotic Fiber From Tapioca), Sea Salt. THE NEW FORMULA: Peanuts, chickory root fiber, soluble tapioca fiber, brown rice protein, pea protein isolate, flax protein powder, vegetable glycerin, sunflower lecithin, sea salt, roasted peanut extract, mixed tocopherols, sugarcane reb m. ______ All the Raw Superfoods: GONE Can they even call these "Raw" in the name anymore? Raw Organic Hemp protein powder: GONE Raw Organic Virgin Coconut Oil: GONE Raw Organic Chia Seeds: GONE Raw Organic Sprouted Flax Seeds): GONE It's clear that they cut costs by removing all the organic, raw superfoods and went for cheaper, more inferior ingredients. It's also worth noting that whereas the old formula had a delicious, decadent creaminess that felt like a luxurious desert, the new formula tastes powdery, grainy, and artificial quality which leaves an unpleasant aftertaste. Not to mention, the actual design of the new package isn't attractive whatsoever. The old design was clean, very appealing and extremely appetizing with the photo of peanuts with salted peanut butter. And adding to all that - the old formula was 14 grams of fiber and 15 grams of protein. The new formula is 13 grams of fiber and 12 grams of protein. Why did they have to go and mess with the original?
