Will 2 hdmi cords and a power cord fit?

Hi Christa,2 HDMI cords and a power cord will fit.

What is the easiest way to cut these to the size you need? I don't have any heavy duty equipment.

This is PVC plastic only use a hand saw - It is easy to trim - cut with any fine tooth handsaw such as a backsaw that is used with a mitre box or a "flush cut saw" - even a standard hacksaw will work fine.

I have two 5/16" 4-wire 14 ga speaker cables and one subwoofer cable (RG-6 size, .332") to fit inside. Will they fit okay?

Yes, it should fit. Each piece is about 1 1/2 inches wide or wider.

Do these stick to wall or screw in?

both. On vertical walls I just use the 2 side stick tape. On the ceiling i also use screws at the end. For that, I hold the base of the cover against the wall at the desire position and drill through it. This way the holes will match. The apply the tape stick it to the wall and screw it.
